Unplug the air compressor and bleed air from the tank before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands. Please Note: Do not apply any type of lubrication to the new Piston Ring or Cylinder Sleeve. This oil less (oil free) piston ring has a special coating and does not require lubrication. The application of any type of lubrication will adversely affect the life of your new replacement piston ring.
